摘要
老化油的及时回收与高效处理,对于节约能源,减轻污水处理和集输系统的压力,解决污水水质恶化等问题,具有重要意义。作者通过对电场处理、热重力沉降、离心分离、超声波处理和生物处理等老化油处理技术的原理、特点及适用情况进行了阐述和探讨,指出超声波处理技术具有处理效果好、处理量大、处理时间短、设备简单、能耗低、节约药剂的特点,在这一领域具有广阔的应用前景;离心分离技术适用于海上平台等领域,并展望了未来。
How to recover the aging oil timely and process it efficiently is helpful and important to saving resources, sewage treatment and relieving the pressure of oil gathering and transportation, solving the aggravation of air and sewage quality. The author explains and discusses the principle, character and application of aging oil's processing technology, such as electric field processing method, heat gravitational settling method, centrifuge method, ultrasonic waves processing method and biological processing method. The technology of ultrasonic waves processing can process ageing oil effectively and abundantly, costs little time, need simple machinery, has low resources consumption and save anent. Therefore, it has great prospects in this domain. Centrifuge method applies to the sea terrace and other domain. Finally the author looks the future of processing technology of aging oil.
