摘要
恶性肿瘤已经成为一种常见病及多发病,该病是多种因素交互错杂而生成的疾病,发病机制尚未明确。中医病因病机可高度概括为正不胜邪,癌瘤内生,在体内进一步耗伤正气,正气愈衰而邪气愈盛,故肿瘤至中晚期阶段病情难以控制。针对具体的"正虚"以及"邪实",现代中医肿瘤学者凭借各自的临床观察以及经验总结则各有见解。由此可知肿瘤病机复杂,中医治疗需讲究个体化论治,拓宽治疗思路,临床不应以"肿瘤"之局部概念先入为主,而忽略了整体辨证论治的根本原则。
Malignant tumors have become a common and frequently-occurring disease,which is a disease caused by multiple factors.Among them,the pathogenesis of the disease can be highly summarized as being invincible and evil.For the specific"Zhengxu"and"Evil",modern TCM oncologists have their own opinions based on their clinical observations and experience.Therefore,the tumor pathogenesis is complicated.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment should pay attention to individualized treatment and broaden the treatment thinking.The clinical should not be based on the concept of"tumor",but ignore the fundamental principle of syndrome differentiation.
