摘要
目的了解肇庆市水痘流行特征,探讨水痘防控策略。方法收集广东省肇庆市2015—2018年水痘水痘监测数据,采用描述性分析方法,分析肇庆市水痘流行特征。结果肇庆市2015—2018年共报告水痘8525例,发病率分别为34.85/10万、37.64/10万、65.42/10万、70.83/10万,年均发病率为52.18/10万,均无死亡病例报告,水痘发病率呈上升趋势;2015—2018年水痘发病率以端州区最高,端州区以及怀集县2015—2018年水痘的发病率均为逐年升高,其他区县2015—2018年水痘的发病率变化无明显规律;0~15岁的青少年发病率与其他年龄段人群相比较高;幼托儿童、散居儿童以及学生的发病率高于其他职业人群;2015—2018年水痘病例根据月份显示,发病率较高主要集中于1月、5~7月以及11~12月,分别占11.67%、25.60%、28.03%,出现季节性高峰。结论:通过肇庆市水痘流行病学特征分析发现近年来总体较为严峻,可通过开展接种2剂欠水痘疫苗策略配合科普宣传以及消毒工作的开展达到水痘疫情控制效果。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of varicella in Zhaoqing City and explore the prevention andcontrol strategy of varicella.Methods The monitoring data of chickenpox in Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province from 2015 to 2018 were collected,and the epidemic characteristics of chickenpox in Zhaoqing City were analyzed by descriptive analysis.Results From 2015 to 2018,a total of 8525 cases of varicella were reported in Zhaoqing City,with the incidence of 34.85/100000,37.64/100000,65.42/100000 and 70.83/100000,respectively.The average annual incidence of varicella was 52.18/100000.From2015 to 2018,the incidence of varicella was the highest in Duanzhou District,while the incidence of varicella increased year byyear in Duanzhou District and Huaiji County,while the incidence of varicella in other districts and counties showed no significantchanges.Adolescents aged 0~15 have a higher incidence than other age groups.The incidence of preschool children,diaspora chil-dren and students is higher than that of other occupational groups.From 2015 to 2018,according to the month,the incidence ofchickenpox is mainly concentrated in January,May to July and November to December,accounting for 11.67%,25.60%and28.03%,respectively,showing seasonal peaks.Conclusion According to the analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of vari-cella in Zhaoqing City,it is found that the epidemic situation of varicella was severe in recent years,and the epidemic control ef-fect of varicella could be achieved by carrying out the strategy of vaccinating 2 doses of varicella vaccine in combination with thepopularization of science and disinfection.
