摘要
滑索运行安全的关键是悬挂游客滑行的承载钢丝绳,而钢丝绳张力的正确计算是基础。以单线滑索为例,分析了乘人在滑索运行中的受力情况,根据弦多边原理对钢丝绳张力的求解原理进行分析,并对钢丝绳张力和安全系数的计算公式进行详细推导,给出了滑索钢丝绳张力计算的确定方法。结合实例,对滑索钢丝绳进行校核计算,得出滑索钢丝绳的安全系数,其计算方法为滑索等游乐设施钢丝绳张力计算分析提供了参考。
The key to the safe operation of the strop is the carry the steel wire rope,which is used to hang tourists to glide,and the correct calculation of the steel wire tension is the basis.This article takes the single-line strop as an example,analyzes the stress of the occupant in the operation of the strop,and analyzes the principle of solving the tension of the steel rope according to the string multilateral principle.The formulas for the calculation of the tension and safety factor of the wire rope are deduced in detail,and the determination method of the tension calculation of the wire rope is given.Combined with an example,the wire rope for strop is checked and calculated to obtain the safety factor of the strop wire rope.The calculation method provides a reference for the calculation and analysis of the tension of wire rope of the strop and other amusement facilities.
