摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测定江苏省和上海市不同地区的105个水稻恶苗病菌菌株对氟啶胺的敏感性,并测定对氟啶胺敏感性不同的10个菌株对戊唑醇、咪鲜胺、氟菌唑、多菌灵、二硫氰基甲烷和氰烯菌酯等不同杀菌剂的敏感性。结果表明:水稻恶苗病菌菌株间对氟啶胺的敏感性差异较大, EC50值在0.053 8-0.627 8μg∕mL,平均为(0.267 4±0.151 6)μg∕mL;EC50值相关性分析表明,水稻恶苗病菌对氟啶胺与上述杀菌剂之间不存在交互抗性。
To investigate the sensitivity of Fusarium verticillioides to novel fungicide fluazinam,105 isolates of F.verticillioides collected from different regions in Jiangsu province and Shanghai of China were tested by employing mycelial growth rate method.Ten isolates with different sensitivity to fluazinam,whose sensitivity to tebuconazole,prochloraz,triflumizole,carbendazim,diisothiocyanatomethane and phenamacril was determined by the same method to investigate whether there existed cross resistance between fluazinam and other tested fungicides.The results revealed significant sensitivity difference to fluazinam among tested isolates with EC50values ranging from 0.0538μg/mL to 0.6278μg/mL.The mean EC50 value of fluazinam was(0.2674±0.1615)μg/mL.The linear regression showed that there was no cross resistance between flutolanil and other diverse mechanism fungicides.
