摘要
从山东省18个水稻种植区采集水稻恶苗病样本,共分离获得70个单孢菌株。参照Booth分类系统,这些菌株归属于5个镰孢菌种,其中,藤黑镰孢菌(Fusarium fujikuroi)占50.0%,禾谷镰孢菌(Fusarium graminearum)占37.1%,接骨木镰孢菌(Fusarium sambucinum)占7.1%,木贼镰孢菌(Fusarium equiseti)占4.3%,砖红镰孢菌(Fusarium lateritium)占1.4%。本研究明确了山东省水稻恶苗病病原菌的菌种及优势菌。
Samples of rice bakanae disease were collected from eighteen rice growing areas in Shandong Province, and seventy strains were obtained by single conidium isolation. According to the Booth’ s classification of Fusarium, these strains were identified to be 5 species, and the species of Fusarium fujikuroi, Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium sambucinum, Fusarium equiseti and Fusarium lateritium accounted for 50.0%, 37.1%, 7.1%, 4.3% and 1.4%, respectively. In this study, the species and dominant strain of rice bakanae disease in Shandong Province were identified.
