赤桉(Eucalyptus camaldulensis)Ec005592基因的生物信息分析

摘要 赤桉(Eucalyptus camaldulensis)为桃金娘科桉属下的一个种,抗逆性强。为了了解赤桉Ec005592基因,本研究运用一系列生物信息学方法对该基因及其蛋白进行分析,结果显示:该基因具有4个开放阅读框,分子量为47 084.15 Da,理论等电点为5.03,总亲水性平均值为-0.107,脂肪族氨基酸指数高达82.24:Ec005592蛋白中含有三个保守结构域,分别是Malectinlike结构域、Malectin结构域和LRRNT2结构域。二级结构预测得出Ec005592蛋白主要由57.71%无规则卷曲(Randon coil)、26.17%的延伸链(Extended strand)、12.15%α-螺旋(Alpha helix)和3.97%的β-转角(Beta turn)组成。三级结构的预测结果显示含有α-螺旋、β-折叠和β-转角。该蛋白质定位细胞外,包括细胞壁中,存在信号肽序列,为分泌性蛋白,共含有9个磷酸化位点。推测赤桉Ec005592蛋白为富含亮氨酸重复序列类型受体丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。本研究结果为今后进一步深入研究赤桉Ec005592基因的功能及其改造提供了理论基础。 Eucalyptus camaldulensis is a species of the genus Eucalyptus of Myrtaceae family,which is highly resistant to stress.In order to understand the Eucalyptus camaldulensis Ec005592 gene,a series of bioinformatics methods were used to analyze the gene and its protein.The results showed that the gene has 4 open reading frames with a molecular weight of 47 084.15 Da and a theoretical isoelectric point of 5.03.The average water content is-0.107,and the aliphatic amino acid index is as high as 82.24.The Ec005592 protein contains three conserved domains,namely the Malectinlike domain,the Malectin domain and the LRRNT2 domain.Secondary structure predictions showed that the protein was mainly composed of 57.71% randon coil,12.15% α-helix,26.17% extended strand,and 3.97% β-turn.composition.The predicted results of the tertiary structure are shown to contain α-helices,β-sheets,and β-turns.The protein is localized extracellularly,including a signal peptide sequence in the cell wall,which is a secreted protein containing a total of 9 phosphorylation sites.The Eucalyptus camaldulensis Ec005592 protein is presumed to be a leucine-rich repeat receptor-like serine/threonine-protein kinase.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for further research on the function and transformation of the Eucalyptus camaldulensis Ec005592 gene.
