摘要
按照现行的供电企业应急指挥中心建设规范所建设的应急指挥中心,由于时代的发展以及应急管理要求的提升,亟需进一步完善应急指挥功能。对现有指挥中心平面布置等几个突出问题进行分析,并对应急指挥中心应实现的应急监测预警功能、实时运营监控功能、综合应急保障功能、应急处置评估功能、应急协调联动功能等几个方面进行了改进和完善。
The power supply enterprise emergency command center established according to existing construction specification needs to further improve its emergency command functions due to the development of the times and the need for enhancement of emergency management requirements.This paper analyzes several outstanding problems such as the plane layout of the existing command center,and presents the improvements in such functions as the emergency monitoring and early warning,real-time operation monitoring,comprehensive emergency support,emergency disposal evaluation,and emergency coordination linkage etc.
