摘要
文章研究了10kV配电网络发生跳闸故障的根本原因,并且讨论了减少10kV配电网络跳闸概率的现实方案。经过针对运营过程加强管控,能够获得10kV配电网络的实时运营数据信息,基于此对于停电规划的校正和变动提供有力的根据。
In this paper, the root cause of tripping failure in 10 kV distribution network is studied, and the practical scheme to reduce the tripping probability of 10 kV distribution network is discussed. After strengthening the management and control of the operation process, the real-time operation data information of 10 kV distribution network can be obtained, which provides a strong basis for the correction and change of power outage planning.
