摘要
文章介绍和总结刘丽芳教授治疗乳腺癌肺转移的临证经验。刘教授在"气化"理论的指导下,认为阳气亏虚,气化功能失司为发病之根本,痰瘀毒结于肺络为发病之标实。治疗上强调温阳以助气化,喜用阳和汤为基本方加减,并主张温阳之法贯穿于乳腺癌肺转移治疗的整个过程,再综合分析痰饮、瘀血、癌毒等标实之邪,综合运用温阳化痰散结、温阳活血化瘀、温阳抗癌解毒等法。同时善用引经之药,以直达病所。附以验案一则,以飨同道。
This study introduced and summarized professor LIU Lifang’s clinical experience in the treatment of lung metastasis of breast cancer. Under the guidance of the theory of Qi transformation, professor LIU thought that deficiency of Yang-Qi, dysfunction of Qi transformation, stagnation of phlegm, blood stasis and toxin in Lung collaterals were the basis of the disease. It is emphasized that warming Yang is conducive to Qi transformation, and Yanghe Decoction is preferred as the basic formula. It is suggested that warming Yang method should be used throughout the whole process of lung metastasis of breast cancer. The pathogenic factors, such as dampness-fluid, blood stasis and cancer toxin, are comprehensively analyzed. Treatment methods, such as warming Yang to dissipate phlegm, warming Yang to activate blood and remove stasis, warming Yang to dispel cancer and detoxification, are comprehensively applied. At the same time, the guiding drugs should be made good use to guide the other drugs straight to the disease location. Once case was included in the study to share with the peers.
