摘要
乳腺癌为女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,中医药在乳腺癌综合治疗中具有不可替代的优势。古代文献记载中提示"阴极阳衰"为乳腺癌发病的病机,乳腺癌为阴证疮疡,多因阳气不足致寒痰凝聚而形成,"痰邪"又与恶性肿瘤的发病密切相关,故阳虚痰凝证为乳腺癌患者的主要证型之一,治疗可采用温阳益气配合化痰散结之法,灵活应用扶正与祛邪。通过总结古代文献、现代医家的临床经验等进行简要论述及讨论,为临床应用温阳化痰散结法治疗乳腺癌提供理论依据及辨证思路。
Breast cancer is the most common malignancy of women, which Chinese medicine has irreplaceable advantages in the comprehensive treatment. According to the ancient literature record, breast cancer belongs to yin syndrome, usually caused by yang deficiency lead to cold phlegm aggregated to form. Phlegm related to the incidence of cancer closely. Warming yang reinforcing qi with reducing phlegm and resolving masses method can be used in the treatment. By this brief discussion about ancient literature and clinical experience, to provide a theoretical basis of the treatment and dialectical thinking of breast cancer by clinical application warming yang reducing phlegm and resolving masses method.
