摘要
偏光片生产用溶液使用一段时间后,聚乙烯醇(PVA)膜上一些小分子以及增塑剂会溶解在处理液里面,导致产品缺陷增多,产品质量下降.传统方法是停机排液,更换处理溶液,并重新开机生产,既浪费时间,也增加生产成本.论文探索了过滤药液的一种新方式,延长药液寿命的同时,减少停机的次数,在使用过程中取得了很好的效果.
After using the solution for polarizing film production for a period of time,some small molecules and plasticizers on the polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)film will dissolve in the treatment solution,resulting in the increase of product defects and the decline of product quality.The traditional method is to stop the discharge of liquid,replace the treatment solution,and restart production,that is,waste time,but also increase production costs.This paper explores a new way to filter the liquid,prolong the life of the liquid,reduce the number of downtime,and achieve good results in the process of use.
