摘要
针对洗浴废水处理再回用的需求和洗浴废水的特点,对比两种处理工艺对模拟洗浴废水的处理效果,优选出活性炭吸附-超滤-反渗透的处理工艺,活性炭进水流量6L/h,超滤产水pH值6-7,浊度<1NTU,反渗透膜产水化学需氧量(COD)<10mg/L、氨氮(NH 3-N)<10mg/L、浊度的去除率达到100%,反渗透出水达到生活饮用水国家标准要求。
In view of the requirements of bath wastewater treatment and reuse and the characteristics of bath wastewater,the treatment effects of the two treatment processes on simulated bath wastewater are compared.The treatment process of activated carbon adsorption-ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis is optimized,and the activated carbon influent flow rate is6L/h,ultrafiltration product water pH value 6-7,turbidity<1NTU,reverse osmosis membrane product water chemical oxygen demand(COD)<10mg/L,ammonia nitrogen(NH 3-N)<10mg/L,turbidity removal rate has reached100%,and the reverse osmosis effluent has reached the national standard for drinking water.
