摘要
全国职业院校技能大赛是培养技术技能人才的重要抓手,但是竞赛项目受限于设备、药品耗材、训练时长难以在学校日常教学中广泛开展。为惠及更多学生,笔者借鉴技能大赛模式,通过大赛资源校本化,改革日常教学模式,以赛代考等教学改革,将大赛模式代入日常教学过程,取得了良好的教学效果。
National vocational skills contest is very important as one of gripper to train skilled talents.But limited by the equipment,supply of consumables and training time,it is difficult to widely carried out in the school daily teaching.In order to benefit more students,the author reformed the daily teaching mode based on the skills contest model by school-based competition resources.Through the competition to promote learning,we had obtained a good teaching effect.
