摘要
在将区域创新活动划分两个阶段的前提下,进一步将知识流动相应地划分为知识创新流动和知识应用流动,利用2007-2015年中国30个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,运用空间计量分析方法,实证考察知识流动对区域创新活动两阶段的影响。结果表明:中国区域创新两阶段产出均具有显著的正向空间性,且第二阶段的空间相关性更强;区域创新活动两阶段均存在显著的竞争效应;在不同空间因素作用下,知识创新流动对第一阶段区域创新活动均具有显著的正向影响,知识应用流动对第二阶段区域创新活动均具有显著的负向影响;知识创新流动对R&D资本存量存在正向调节效应,而对R&D人员全时当量存在负向调节效应;知识应用流动对新产品开发经费支出存在显著的正向调节效应。
Innovation is the first driving force to lead development,and its ability directly affects the pace of economic development.This requires that all regions must strive to enhance their innovation abilities.Meanwhile,regions can rely on innovation driven and coordinated linkages to achieve coordinated economic development.From a practical point of view,the promotion of regional innovation ability mainly depends on the regional innovation resources and the flow of other regional innovation elements.Due to the limited nature of internal resources in the region,the introduction of external resources is particularly important.The operation process of regional innovation activities is essentially the process of knowledge flowing among system elements.The knowledge flow of inter-administrative regional cooperation is conducive to promoting the optimal allocation and enhancing regional innovation ability more efficiently.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to give full play to the driving effect of knowledge flow innovation and effectively promote regional innovation cooperation.Due to the spatial correlation of regional innovation activities and the difference in measurement methods of knowledge flow,there are great differences in the empirical results when scholars study the impact of knowledge flow on regional innovation.In order to deeply analyze the influence mechanism of knowledge flow on regional innovation activities,this paper attempts to introduce spatial econometrics into the study of regional innovation activities.Then it comprehensively discusses and compares the differential impact of knowledge flow on the two stages of regional innovation activities under the influence of different spatial factors.Based on above,the main contributions of this study are as follows.Firstly,this paper divides regional innovation activities into two phases.And it divides the knowledge flow into two stages:knowledge innovation flow and knowledge application flow.On this basis,this paper studies the im
