摘要
目的研究在社区中应用护理目标管理对护理中医护理技术推广的效果。方法在对社区护理工作中通过设计并实施护理目标管理责任制,制定符合中医护理技术推广的具体计划。来提高中医护理操作的比例,并且完善护理工作量化考核方案。结果在对运用护理目标管理责任制工作前后进行相关数据比较:在社区中开展的中医护理技术项目明显增加,中医护理操作开展的例数以及经济效益明显增加,社区患者护理满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论实施护理目标管理对社区中医护理技术的推广有良好的促进作用。
Objective The purpose of this study is to study the effect of applying nursing objective management in the community on the promotion of nursing TCM nursing technology.Methods In designing and implementing the nursing target management responsibility system in community nursing work,a specific plan in line with the promotion of TCM nursing technology is formulated.To increase the proportion of nursing operations in traditional Chinese medicine,and to improve the quantitative assessment of nursing work.Results Comparison of relevant data before and after the application of the nursing target management responsibility system:TCM nursing technology projects in the community increased significantly,the number of TCM nursing operations and economic benefits increased significantly,and community patient care satisfaction increased(P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of nursing target management has a good promotion effect on the promotion of community TCM nursing technology.
