摘要
目的探讨分级护理管理方法进行临床护理带教对实习效果的影响。方法:以我院40名护生作为研究对象,采用分级护理管理方法对着40名护生进行临床护理带教,通过制定实习目标、实习计划、落实带教措施,评价带教效果和质量等措施,对比实施分级护理管理办法前后40名护生的考核成绩。结果:实施分级护理管理方法后,40名护生护理基本理论知识、护理操作成绩、护理工作流程掌握情况、工作制度掌握情况、法律法规整我情况、与患者沟通交流情况等项得分均显著高于实施前,且实施后护生自我综合评价得分(80.4±8.9)显著高于实施前的(74.8±12),差异有统计学意义(p〈0.05)。结论:应用分级护理管理方法进行临床护理带教,能够显著提高护生的实习效果,提高我院临床护理教学质量,同时,让护生的专业能力及自我评价能力得到提升,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing teaching in clinical nursing teaching. Methods: in our hospital 40 nursing students as the object of study by method of grading nursing management in front of 40 nursing students of clinical nursing teaching, through the development of target practice, internship program, implement the teaching methods, evaluation of teaching effect and quality measures. Contrast the implementation of grading nursing management measure around 40 nursing students' test scores. Results: after the implementation of grading nursing management method, 40 nursing students' knowledge of basic nursing theory, nursing operation result, the nursing process to grasp the situation, mastery of work system, laws and regulations whole I, and patients communicate situation scores were significantly higher than those of before the implementation, and the implementation of nursing students after self comprehensive evaluation score (80.4 ±8.9) was significantly higher than that before the implementation (74.8 ± 12), the difference is statistically significant 0a 〈 0.05). Conclusion: application of grading nursing management methods were clinical nursing teaching, can significantly improve the practice effect of nursing students, improve the teaching quality of clinical nursing in our hospital, at the same time, let the nursing students' professional ability and self-evaluation ability has been improved, worthy of promotion.
