摘要
目的了解宝鸡市公共场所从业人员的健康状况,并分析其主要影响因素。方法采用简单随机的方法对251名从业人员进行问卷调查,采用Logistic回归方法分析影响从业人员健康状况的因素。结果共调查251名从业人员,30~50岁的初中女性占多数,工龄集中在5年以下(70.52%),年收入在5万以下的达79.68%;单因素分析结果显示:性别、年龄、工作环境有噪声、干燥、忽冷忽热、有刺激性气味、有霉味、有灰尘、自来水质不好、喝酒、每天工作时间、健康知识知情情况对健康状况有影响(P≤0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:工作时长、工作环境有噪声、空气有灰尘是公共场所从业人员健康的危害因素,而从业人员健康知识知晓率是从业人员的保护因素。结论应加强从业人员健康知识的培训,规范从业人员工作时长并改善工作环境,减少危害因素对从业人员的影响。
Objective To study the health status and the main influencing factors of employees in public places in Baoji City.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 251 employees,and Logistic regression method was used to analyze the factors affecting the health status of employees.Results A total of 251 employees were surveyed,most of them were women with junior middle education aged 30~50.The length of service of majority was less than five years(70.52%).And 79.68%of employees had an annual income of less than 50000 yuan.The results of single factor analysis showed that the gender,age,working environment with noise,dryness,disagreeable temperature,irritating smell,musty smell,dust and bad water quality,drinking habits,daily working hours and cognitive level of health knowledge had impacts on health status(P≤0.05);the results of multi-factor logistics regression analysis showed that working hours and the working environment with noise and dust were hazard factors affecting the health of employees in public places,while the employees’awareness rates of health knowledge were protective factors.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the health knowledge training of employees,standardize working hours and optimize their working environment to reduce the impacts of hazard factors on employees.
