摘要
井下作业工具作为一种可靠性要求极高的入井工具,在设计、制造过程中必须对其进行地面模拟井下工况的性能试验。采用感应加热技术革新常规导热油加热模式,研制一种模拟地层温度压力环境工况的直井井下工具模拟试验装置,实现不同规格油套管和工具的加热、加载、加压、扭转、钻进、循环等井下工作工具试验测试功能。直井模拟试验装置可实现最大1000 kN、120 MPa、15 kN·m的井下工具联合拉压扭模拟钻进试验,试验效果良好,120℃、70 MPa常规试验周期缩短近1/2,温度控制精度为0.3℃,具有加热速度快、试验效率高、安全环保的优点。试验装置投入运行后,整体运行稳定可靠,各项技术指标良好。
Downhole tool is the tool with high reliability requirements,so performance tests that simulate downhole conditions must be performed on the ground during the design and manufacturing process.This paper uses the induction heating technology to innovate the conventional heat transfer oil heating mode,and develops a vertical well downhole tool simulation test device to simulate the formation temperature and pressure environment.It can realize the experimental test functions of downhole working tools such as heating,loading,pressurization,torsion,drilling and circulation of different specifications of oil casing and tools.The vertical well simulation test device can realize the maximum 1000 kN,120 MPa,15 kN·m downhole tools combined tension,compression and torsion simulation drilling test which shows well experimental results,its 120℃and 70 MPa conventional test cycle is shortened by nearly 1/2,and its temperature control accuracy is 0.3℃.This test device has the advantages of fast heating speed,high test efficiency,safety and environmental protection.After the test device is put into operation,the overall operation is stable and reliable with good technical indicators.
