摘要
介绍了一种模拟井下工具工作环境的井筒结构,其最高试验温度为350℃、最大试验压力为150 MPa。校核了筒体的抗内压强度。采用楔形环和压紧盖及氟橡胶等组合密封形式。含有该井筒的试验井可以在高温高压条件下对油田用封隔类、打捞类、控制类等井下工具进行性能和可靠性测试。
A kind of wellbore structure is introduced in this paper,which simulates the working environment of downhole tools.The highest test temperature of the structure is 350 ℃,and the maximum test pressure is 150 MPa.The internal pressure strength of the cylinder is checked.The sealing structure consists of the wedge ring and clamp cover and the combination of fluorine rubber.The device can be used to test the performance and reliability of the downhole tools,such as the packer,salvage,under high-temperature and ultra high-pressure.
