摘要
通过专家咨询、临床调研、信息流程建设等,构建了医疗质量讨论记录本全结构电子化模式,同时实施闭环管理.认为这一改进不仅有利于提升讨论内涵质量,而且有利于提高工作效率,并提升医疗质量的精细化管理水平.
By means of expert consultation,clinical investigation and information process construction,the full-structure electronic mode and closed-loop management of medical quality discussion record was achieved.It was believed that this improvement was not only conducive to improving the quality of discussion connotation,but also improving work efficiency and improving the level of fine management of medical quality.
