摘要
桥墩预制装配技术得到越来越广泛的应用,而预制构件之间的连接是该技术的关键之一。常用的的连接方式有现浇湿接头、灌浆套筒、金属波纹管、承插式、插槽式、UHPC等。现浇接头性能最接近整体现浇结构,然而施工效率不高;灌浆套筒安装方便,可是预制精度和连接质量控制的要求高;金属波纹管经济实用,适用于墩柱与盖梁的连接;承插式整体性好,施工精度要求相对不高;UHPC连接则具有构造简单、施工方便快捷的特点。在实际应用中结合工程建设条件、桥墩结构型式、不同的连接部位,因地制宜地选择,并且不断改进既有的连接技术、研发新的连接技术,满足不断发展的桥梁预制装配技术的需要。
The prefabrication technology of bridge pier is being applied more and more widely,and the connection between the prefabricated components is one of the keys to this technology.The commonly used connection methods are the cast-in-place joint,grout sleeve,metal bellows,socket and spigot type,slot type and UHPC.The cast-in-place joint is the closest to the whole cast-in-place structure in performance,but the construction efficiency is not high.The grout sleeve is easy to install,but the requirements of prefabrication accuracy and connection quality control are high.The metal bellows are economical and practical,and are suitable for the connection of pier column with bent cap.The integrity of the socket and spigot connection is good and the requirement for construction accuracy is relatively low.UHPC connection has the characteristics of simple structure,and convenient and efficient construction.In practical application,the connection is selected according to local conditions in combination with engineering construction conditions,pier structure type and different connection parts.And the existing connection technologies will be constantly improved and the new connection technologies will be continuously researched and developed so as to meet the needs of continuous development of bridge prefabrication and assembly technology.
