摘要 结合呼市高架桥项目实例,介绍倒T型预制盖梁湿接缝吊模体系施工技术,在高烈度地区针对倒T型预制盖梁湿接缝连接做法,采用标准化可循环吊架和定型钢模板组合而成的吊模体系进行施工。标准化可循环吊架采用型钢骨架配合精轧螺纹钢连接,既满足强度、刚度、稳定性要求,又可重复利用;定型钢模板使混凝土成型质量较好,有效保障湿接缝处连接质量。 Combined with the example of Hohhot viaduct project,this paper introduces the construction technology of wet joint formwork system of inverted T-shaped precast cover beam.Aiming at the connection method of wet joint of inverted T-shaped precast cover beam in gaolie area,the construction is carried out with the formwork system composed of standardized recyclable hanger and set shaped steel formwork.The standardized and recyclable hanger is connected by profile steel frame and finish rolling deformed steel,which not only meets the requirements of strength,rigidity and stability,but also can be reused;the set shaped steel formwork makes the concrete molding quality better and effectively guarantees the connection quality at the wet joint.
