摘要 为探讨多功能型抑尘剂在露天矿山路面中的应用效果,介绍了一种原材料价格低廉、加工工艺简单、安全环保且具有良好的吸湿、保湿、凝并性能多功能复合型抑尘剂,测试了其在铁矿、煤矿、石灰石等不同类型露天矿山运输路面现场应用效果,并评价了其经济效益。测试结果表明,多功能复合型抑尘剂在3种不同类型的露天矿山中抑尘效果显著,具有一定的抑尘周期,其中抑尘剂溶液在露天铁矿运输路面试验中抑尘效率最高(98.3%)、抑尘周期最长(8 d),在露天石灰石矿山路面,抑尘效率和抑尘周期可分别达到96.4%和5 d。通过经济效益分析,与传统洒水抑尘方法相比,多功能复合型抑尘剂节水效果明显,经济效益显著,具有一定的推广应用前景。 In order to discuss the application effect of multifunctional dust suppressant in open-pit mine pavement,a multifunctional composite dust suppressant with low raw material price,simple processing technology,safety and environmental protection,and good moisture absorption,moisture retention,and coagulation performance was introduced.The field application effects of the iron ore,coal mine,limestone and other types of open-pit mine transportation pavements were tested,and their economic benefits were evaluated.The test results show that the multifunctional composite dust suppressant has a significant dust suppression effect in 3 different types of open-pit mines,and has a certain dust suppression period.Among them,the dust suppressant solution has the highest dust suppression efficiency in the test of open-air iron ore transportation pavement(98.3%)and the longest dust suppression period(8 d).On the surface of open-air limestone mines,the dust suppression efficiency and dust suppression period can also reach 96.4%and 5 d,respectively.According to the analysis of economic benefits,compared with the traditional sun-dust suppression method,the multifunctional composite dust suppressant has obvious water-saving effects and significant economic benefits,and has certain application prospects.
