摘要
目的:评价腹针治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:分别在中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed等数据库初步检索相关文献,并严格按照纳入标准和排除标准筛选文献,利用RevMan5.3软件对纳入研究的文献数据进行统计分析。结果:经筛选后共纳入15项研究进行系统分析,包括1562例患者。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组相比,治疗组的有效率较高[OR=3.86,95%CI(2.76~5.41),P<0.00001],漏斗图分析未发现明显不对称;治疗组24h模拟疼痛评分(VAS评分)明显低于对照组[WMD=-1.10,95%CI(-1.23^-0.97),P<0.00001]。结论:腹针能有效提高膝骨性关节炎的治愈率,缓解疼痛,减轻患者痛苦。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Relevant literature were preliminarily searched in CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang,PubMed and other databases,and the literature were screened strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the literature data of the included studies were statistically analyzed using RevMan5.3 software.Results:After screening,a total of 15 studies were included for systematic analysis,including 1562 patients.Meta analysis results showed that compared with the control group,the treatment group had a higher effective rate[OR=3.86,95%CI(2.76~5.41),P<0.00001],and no obvious asymmetry was found in the funnel chart analysis;the treatment group was simulated for 24h The pain score(VAS score)was significantly lower than the control group[WMD=-1.10,95%CI(-1.23^-0.97),P<0.00001].Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture can effectively improve the cure rate of knee osteoarthritis,relieve pain,and relieve patients’pain.
