摘要
目的探讨母亲血清抗-HBs阳性对新生儿乙肝疫苗应答的影响。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月收治的单胎妊娠孕妇95例进行研究,其中35例孕妇血清抗-HBs阳性为A组,60例血清抗-HBs阴性为B组,对两组新生儿乙肝疫苗免疫应答情况进行观察。结果A组无应答率为17.14%、低应答率为22.86%、正常应答率28.57%、高应答率31.43%,与B组20.00%、18.33%、28.33%、33.33%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1年后,A组幼儿的血清抗-HBs水平与B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论母亲血清抗-HBs阳性对新生儿乙肝疫苗应答可能不会产生影响,可对新生儿起到保护作用。
Objective To explore the effect of maternal serum anti-HBs positive on the response of neonatal hepatitis B vaccine.Methods Ninety-five pregnant women with singleton pregnancy admitted from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected for study.Among them,35 pregnant women with positive serum anti-HBs were in group A,and 60 patients with negative serum anti-HBs were in group B.The immune response of hepatitis B vaccine in children was observed.Results The non-response rate in group A was 17.14%,the low response rate was 22.86%,the normal response rate was 28.57%,and the high response rate was 31.43%.Compared with group B20.00%,18.33%,28.33%,33.33%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 1 year,the serum anti-HBs level of children in group A was not significantly different from that in group B(P>0.05).Conclusion Maternal serum anti-HBs positive may not have an effect on the hepatitis B vaccine response of neonates,and may play a protective role in neonates.
