摘要
目的:探讨氯氮平对女性精神分裂症患者血小板影响。方法:给予216例女性精神分裂症患者(患者组)氯氮平单药治疗3个月;治疗前后检测其血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW),并与216名正常对照者(正常对照组)比较。结果:治疗3个月后,患者组PDW明显低于治疗前(t=-2.872,P=0.004);其他指标治疗前后差异无统计学意义;治疗前后患者组PLT明显高于正常对照组(t=-2.869,P=0.005;t=-2.070,P=0.04);PDW明显低于正常对照组(t=4.700,t=7.504;P均=0.000)。结论:氯氮平治疗对女性精神分裂症患者血小板影响不明显。
Objective:To investigate the effect of clozapine on platelet in female patients with schizophrenia.Method:216 female patients with schizophrenia were treated with clozapine for 3 months.Before and after treatment,their platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet hematocrit(PCT),platelet distribution width(PDW)were measured and compared with 216 normal controls(normal control group).Results:After 3 months of treatment,PDW in patients group was significantly lower than that before treatment(t=-2.872,P=0.004),while other data showed no significant difference.PLT in patients group before and after treatment were significantly higher than those in the normal control group(t=-2.869,P=0.005;t=-2.070,P=0.04)PDW were significantly lower than those in normal control group(t=4.700,t=7.504;all P=0.000).Conclusion:The effect of clozapine on the platelet in female patients with schizophrenia is not obvious.
