摘要
新时代背景下,国有企业管理与思想政治工作的融合面临着新的机遇和挑战。国有企业是社会经济发展的中流砥柱,其管理成效关系国家的经济利益和社会财富的增长,而思想政治工作是国有企业内部有效管理和发展的重要保障,两者的融合发展具有重要的现实意义。分析新时代背景下国有企业管理与思想政治工作的现状,提出了国有企业管理与思想政治工作融合发展的措施建议。
