摘要
目的分析评价LEEP刀手术治疗宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变的效果。方法该次方便选取该院于2017年2月—2018年1月收治的96例宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变患者作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,其中对照组48例给予CKC术治疗,观察组48例给予LEEP刀手术治疗,对两组手术治疗效果进行对比评价。结果①观察组手术时间为(10.8±0.2)min、术中出血量为(9.8±0.2)mL,对照组手术时间为(21.6±0.4)min、术中出血量为(38.2±0.8)mL;观察组手术时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量则明显少于对照组,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(t=9.283、10.256,P<0.05)。②观察组术后并发症总发生率为4.17%,与对照组的25.00%比较明显更低,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.265,P<0.05)。③随访1年,观察组复发率为6.25%,与对照组的20.83%比较明显更低,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.157,P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变患者,采取LEEP刀手术治疗效果显著,可确保手术疗效,改善手术预后效果,降低术后并发症发生率及复发率。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of LEEP knife surgery on cervical high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions.Methods In this study,96 patients with high-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions treated in the hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,and 48 patients in the control group were given CKC surgical treatment,48 patients in the observation group were given LEEP knife surgery,and the effects of surgical treatment were compared and evaluated.Results 1.The operation time in the observation group was(10.8±0.2)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(9.8±0.2)mL,and the control group was(21.6±0.4)min,and the intraoperative blood loss was(38.2±0.8)mL;the operation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that in the control group.There was a significant difference in the data between the two groups(t=9.283,10.256,P<0.05).2.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than the 25.00%in the control group.The data between the two groups were significantly different(χ^2=10.265,P<0.05).3.After a 1-year follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 6.25%,which was significantly lower than the 20.83%in the control group.There was a significant difference in the data between the two groups(χ^2=9.157,P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical,LEEP knife surgery is effective for patients with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions of the cervix,which can ensure the curative effect,improve the prognosis of the operation,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence.
