摘要
马钢A高炉中修破损调查发现,高炉风口以上绝大部分镶砖耐材均已消失,只剩冷却壁,但总体内型规整,没有出现冷却壁壁体脱落、折断、局部烧穿、熔蚀等现象,只是铸铁冷却壁出现了纵横开裂、龟裂及小块壁体脱落等。高炉铸铁冷却壁破损的原因,主要是冷却壁衔接处结构不合理、带粉尘的煤气流磨损,下降炉料的磨损.热应力与有害元素侵蚀等。
The investigation made during medium maintenance of Masteel's BF A sees most of the inlaid refractory bricks above the tuyere disappear,making the cooling stave exposed,but the overall internal furnace profile remains regular without stave peel-off,breaking,burning-through and erosion except for some vertical and horizontal cracks found on the cast iron cooling stave and wear-out of some small pieces of stave.The damage of the BF cast iron cooling stave mainly originates from unreasonable structure design at the joint of the cooling stave,scouring resulted from dusty gas flow,wearing by the descending of furnace charge,and the erosion of the thermal stress and harmful elements.
