摘要
采用XRD和XRF测试燃烧器衬体浇注料试样的物相组成、化学组成,分析其损毁原因。结果表明:燃烧器衬体浇注料的外表面由于产生了低熔点的钙长石和钾长石,在高温状态下产生液相,降低了浇注料的表面强度,造成浇注料的熔蚀损坏。渗透进入浇注料内部的钾盐一部分与基质反应生成钾霞石和钾刚玉,破坏了浇注料基质组成;另一部分由于钾盐自身密度差异,在浇注料基质内冷却沉积后产生体积膨胀,二者综合作用导致浇注料衬体剥落损毁。
The phase composition and the chemical composition of the burner liner castables samples were tested by XRD and XRF to analyze the damage reason.The results show that low melting point anorthite and potassium feldspar generate on the external surface of the burner liner castables,generating liquid phase at high temperatures,which reduces the surface strength of the castables and leads to melting corrosion damage.A part of the potash salt infiltrated into the castables reacts with the matrix to form kaliophylite and potash corundum,which destroys the castable matrix composition;the other part,due to its own density difference,produces volume expansion after cooling and deposition in the castable matrix,and the combined effect leads to the spalling of castable liner.
