摘要 本文进行了粉末压片X射线荧光光谱法测定土壤样品中氯、溴和硫的试验研究。采用国家一级标准物质建立校准曲线,进行了氯、溴、硫的测量条件优化设置试验;探讨了氯、溴和硫校准曲线校正试验中Mo基体干扰及曲线拟合方式等因素对氯的测定结果影响,As、Pb基体干扰、内标校准及校准曲线拟合方式对溴测定结果影响,样品干燥状态、校准曲线拟合方式等因素对硫的测定结果影响;建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定土壤样品中氯、溴和硫的定量分析方法。同时进行了土壤中硫测定结果的红外吸收法和X射线荧光法结果比对,多目标考核样品测定结果的效果试验,以及方法的检出限及精密度试验,测定结果均满足《多目标区域地球化学调查规范(1:250000)》(DZ/T00258-2014)中氯、溴和硫的测定要求。 In this paper,the determination of chlorine,bromine and sulfur in soil samples by powder tablet x-ray fluores⁃cence spectrometry was studied.Establishing calibration curve by using national first-class reference materials,the opti⁃mum setting experiment of measuring conditions of chlorine,bromine and sulfur was carried out,the influence of Mo Matrix interference and curve fitting method on the determination of chlorine,the influence of As,Pb Matrix interference,internal standard calibration and calibration curve fitting method on the result of bromine determination,and the influence of sample drying state,calibration curve fitting method on the determination of sulfur in calibration curve calibration test of chlorine,bromine and sulfur was discussed;A Quantitative analysis method for the determination of chlorine,bromine and sulfur in soil samples was developed.the results of infrared absorption method and X-ray fluorescence method,the effect test of multi-objective examination sample determination result and the detection limit and precision test of the method were com⁃pared,and the results of multi-objective evaluation were tested,the results of determination met the requirements of chlo⁃rine,bromine and sulfur in the<Specification of multi-purpose regional geochemical survey(1:250000)>(DZ/T00258-2014).
