摘要
IPD是一套国际先进的产品研发流程管理体系,世界500强中80%的企业采用IPD进行产品开发。本文通过分析IPD流程的特点和优势,探讨IPD在国企中推广的可行性。介绍了IPD流程建设的基本步骤和主要成果认识,提出通过推行IPD可以为国有企业研究院产生积极的影响。
Integrated Production Development(IPD)is an international advanced product development process management system,which is adopted by 80%of the world's top 500 enterprises for product development.This paper discusses the feasibility of promoting IPD in state-owned enterprise(SOE)by analyzing the characteristics and advantages of IPD process.Taking the unit where the author works as a case study,the author introduces the basic steps,main achievements and the understanding of IPD process construction,and holds that the implementation of IPD has a positive impact on the research institute of state-owned enterprises.
