摘要
武汉火神山医院施工工期仅10d,场内外用地较紧张,介绍总平面布置原则、管理特点、管理思路、管理措施、各施工阶段布置,针对项目建设时间特殊、场内地形复杂、周边交通受限、场内道路狭窄、施工车辆繁多等特点,提出保沟通、勤调查、多优化、强管理的总平面管理思路与措施,及保流通、限流量、控流向、定流程的4级交通物流管理思路与措施,保证现场高效管理。
The construction period of Huoshenshan Hospital is only 10 days,the land inside and outside is relatively tight,the general layout principle,management characteristics,management ideas,management measures,layout is introduced,in view of the special construction time,complex terrain inside,limited traffic around the site,narrow roads inside,numerous construction vehicles and other characteristics,the general management idea of ensuring communication,diligent investigation,multi-optimization and strong management is put forward,there are 4-level logistics management ideas and measures of maintaining circulation,limiting flow,controlling flow direction and determining flow,efficient management on site is ensured.
