摘要
本文针对用于开发导航算法、自动驾驶技术的四驱平台,设计了一种多重安全措施的制动系统。这套制动系统的机械结构包含电机、减速器、电磁制动器和车轮车胎。电气系统包含急停按钮、无线急停按钮、安全边沿和可编程安全继电器构成的安全系统。经计算和实际应用,有效可靠的发挥了作用。
Based on 4WD platform with develop navigation algorithm and automatic driving technology,the paper designs a braking system with multiple safety measures,whose mechanical structure includes motor,reducer,electromagnetic brake and wheel tire,electrical system includes emergency stop button,wireless emergency stop button,safety edge and programmable safety relay.Calculation and practical application shows it has played an effective and reliable role.
