不同装袋方式和催蕾时机对灰树花产量性状的影响

Effects of Different Bagging Methods and Budding Time on Yield Characters of Grifola frondosa

摘要 以灰树花Gr0001+3为试材,通过不同的装袋方式和不同催蕾时间对灰树花的产量、菇径和菇丛体积进行了测量,以期为工厂化设施栽培灰树花在催蕾技术方面的研究提供参考依据。结果表明:以装袋方式为主效因素,在不同的装袋方式处理中,双套装袋产量最高,与其它各组均具有显著性差异;以不同的催蕾时机为主效因素,菌丝长满后延迟4、6、8 d进行催蕾的产量最高,之间无显著性差异;以装袋方式和催蕾时机互作的双因素处理中,双套装袋、延迟8 d处理的产量最高为79.6 g·包^-1,菇丛体积最大为387.0 cm^3,与其它各组均具有显著性差异,且双套装袋、延迟8 d处理的灰树花菌盖色泽均为近白。综上可知,双套装袋、延迟8 d为该试验获得的最优处理组合。 Gr0001+3 of Grifola frondosa was used as the test material.The effects of different bagging methods and bud stimulating time on the yield,mushroom diameter and mushroom cluster volume of G.frondosa were compared,in order to provide a reference for the study of bud stimulating technology of G.frondosagrown in factory facilities.The results showd that in terms of the difference of bagging method,the of double bagging had the best effect and the yield of this group increased significantly.In terms of the effect of the time of bud induction,the yield reached the highest when the time of bud induction was delayed for 4 days,the same situation also appeared in the experiment of 6 and 8 days.In the two factors experiment,the treatment group with double bagging and 8 days delay of bud induction had the best effect.The color of the G.frondosa pileus was nearly white,the yield was79.6 g per bag and the volume of the mushroom cluster was 387.0 cm^3.To sum up,double bagging and 8 days delay were the optimal treatment combination.
