摘要 目的研究在物联网医学技术下,开展免费肺功能筛查,推行以慢阻肺为首的慢性呼吸疾病三级诊疗模式,并建立了智能化呼吸慢病大数据中心,以期改善患者生活质量.方法采用对筛查数据实时监控、智能辅助临床诊断、评定质控结果、提供用药参考指导和康复训练管理等方法.运用SPSS22.0对率的比较采用χ^2检验,等级资料采用非参数检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果辖区内有11.47%常住人口参与免费肺功能筛查,共筛查出慢阻肺患者5062例,标准化后检出率为9.46%,低于全国水平.慢阻肺患者严重程度分级:60.15%为GOLD 1级,31.47%为GOLD 2级,6.52%为GOLD 3级,1.86%为GOLD 4级,与全国情况略有不同.结论该模式不仅改变数据孤岛,实现医疗资源优化,也可带动全市慢性呼吸疾病综合防控工作. Objective To explore a three-level diagnosis and treatment model for chronic respiratory diseases led by COPD,conduct free lung function screening under the Internet of things,and establish an intelligent big data center for COPD,so as to improve the life quality of patients.Methods Realtime monitoring of screening data,intelligent assistant clinical diag no sis,evaluation of quality control results,provision of medication reference guidance and rehabilitation training management were adopted.SPSS22.0 was used to compared the rate by 2 test,and the grade data was compared by non-parametric test.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results 11.47% of the permanent population in the district participated in free lung function test.A total of 5062 COPD patients were screened out.The detection rate after standardization was 9.46%,which was lower than the national level.COPD patients screened in Haicang District of Xiamen City is 60.15% GOLD 1,31.47% GOLD 2,6.52% GOLD 3 and 1.86% GOLD 4,which is slightly different from the national situation.Conclusion The model not only changed the situation of data fragmentation and realized the optimization of medical resources,but also promoted the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic respiratory diseases in the city.
