摘要
目的了解并分析呼和浩特青少年儿童近视情况,为国内青少年儿童近视情况提供参考数据。方法针对呼和浩特中小学生及其家长共发放280份网络问卷调查,回收有效调查问卷235份。结果 84%的青少年有近视眼,是由于经常看电视、看画本、看书写字,长期近距离视物,导致眼睛睫状肌紧张,晶状体变形,引起近视。有80.11%的青少年用眼一次性超过1小时,更有29.11%的青少年一次性用眼超过2个小时以上。青少年儿童近视度数在150~250处于高峰期,此阶段是属于轻度近视,容易矫正,若在此时及时进行治疗,矫正周期较短,预后也相对较好。有近九成家长及青少年认为近视会影响他们正常的社交活动。有69.62%的家长及青少年认为眼保健操对近视有预防作用,并愿意接受中医推拿治疗近视。结论对患有近视的青少年儿童来说,穴位推拿治疗是青少年及其家长公认首选预防及治疗近视的方法。
Objective To understand and analyze the myopia of children and adolescents in Hohhot,and to provide reference data for the myopia of children and adolescents in China.Methods 280 questionnaires were sent out to Hohhot primary and secondary school students and their parents,and 235 questionnaires were collected.Results 84%of the young people have myopia,which is caused by watching TV,reading picture books,reading and writing,long-term close sight,resulting in tension of ciliary muscle,lens deformation and myopia.80.11%of teenagers use their eyes more than one hour at a time,and 29.11%of teenagers use their eyes more than two hours at a time.The myopia degree of teenagers and children is at the peak of 150-250,which belongs to mild myopia and is easy to be corrected.If it is treated in time,the correction cycle is shorter and the prognosis is better.Nearly 90%of parents and teenagers think myopia will affect their normal social activities.69.62%of the parents and teenagers thought that the eye health exercise had the preventive effect on myopia,and they were willing to accept the Chinese massage to treat myopia.Conclusion FOR children with myopia,acupoint massage is the first choice for parents and adolescents to prevent and treat myopia.
