摘要
目的了解耳穴操结合眼保健操与单纯采用眼保健操对青少年视力保健效果的差异,为预防和控制青少年近视的发生、发展提供依据。方法采用单盲法,纳入成都市金牛区1所小学129名学生进行分组试验(试验组1:耳穴操结合眼保健操组,43人;试验组2:单纯眼保健操组,42人;对照组:安慰指导法组,44人),追踪观察6个月,采用国际标准远视力表,观测耳穴操结合眼保健操与单纯采用眼保健操对青少年视力保健效果的差异。结果试验前3组间视力差异无统计学意义(F=0.608,P>0.05),试验后3组间视力差异有统计学意义(F=3.299,P<0.05)。耳穴操结合眼保健操组(试验组1)中有61.6%的学生视力处于稳定或改善的状态,明显高于试验组2(48.8%),而对照组仅38.6%的学生视力处于稳定或改善的状态(χ2=9.229,P<0.05)。结论采用耳穴操结合眼保健操对于视力的恢复、改善,延缓近视发展的效果优于单纯采用眼保健操。
Objective To compare the effect difference of caring eye exercises combined with ear acupoint exercises and the caring eye exercises in preventing or delaying of the development and progress of myopia. Methods A group experiment was given to 129 teenagers for six months.The international visual chart was used to observe the effect difference between caring eye exercises combined with ear acupoint exercises and the caring eye exercises. Results Ear acupoint operation combined with caring eye exercise（ the experimental group 1） has 61.6% students eyesight in a stable or improved state,significantly better than the single caring eye exercise with direction（ experimental group of 2）,48.8% of the students eyesight is stable or improving,while caring eye exercise without direction（ the control group） was only 38.6% of the students in the state of stable or improving eyesight.It showed that ear acupoint operation combined with caring eye exercise（ the experimental group 1） was significantly superior to single caring eye exercise with direction（ the experimental group 2）（ P〈0.05）,and it was also superior to caring eye exercise without direction（ the control group）（ P〈0. 05）,while there were statistical differences in both of them. Conclusion Caring eye exercises combined with ear acupoint exercises has a good effect for recovering,improving and delaying the development of myopia,which better than single caring eye exercises.
