摘要
目的:探究中医辨证施护联合穴位按摩在干眼症患者中的作用。方法:对2017年1月~2018年1月期间,就诊于某院的100例干眼症病人进行回顾性分析。将进行中医辨证施护联合穴位按摩治疗的患者定为联合治疗组(45例),将进行穴位按摩治疗的患者定为对照组(55例),治疗一个月后,对比观察两组患者的治疗成功率、泪液分泌量(SIT)和泪囊破裂时间(BUT)。结果:联合治疗组治疗成功率显著高于对照组(96.36%VS.73.33%,P<0.05);治疗后,两组SIT和BUT均高于治疗前,且联合治疗组SIT和BUT改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护配合穴位按摩按摩穴位治疗干眼症疗效更为显著,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the role of TCM dialectical nursing combined with point message in dry eye patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 100patients with dry eyes who were admitted to a hospital from January 2017to January 2018.Patients treated with TCM syndrome differentiation combined with point massage were classified as the combined treatment group(45),and patients treated with point massage as the control group(55).After one month of treatment,the treatment success rate,tear secretion(SIT)and tear sac rupture time(BUT)were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.36%VS.73.33%,P<0.05);After treatment,the SIT and BUT of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the improvement of SIT and BUT of the combined treatment group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM dialectical nursing combined with point massage is more effective in the treatment of dry eye,which is worth popularizing.
