摘要
目的分析奥氮平联合丙戊酸钠治疗分离(转换)性障碍疗效、心理状态及安全性分析。方法选择2018年5月—2019年5月本院收治分离(转换)性障碍患者90例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组45例使用丙戊酸钠治疗,研究组45例在对照组基础上使用奥氮平治疗,对两组患者疗效、心理状态及安全性进行比较。结果治疗后,研究组治愈55.56%,对照组44.44%,研究组治疗总有效91.11%明显高于对照组75.56%,差异比较具统计意义(P<0.05);且研究组患者SAS(33.18±3.76)分与SDS评分(35.51±2.92)分低于对照组,差异比较具统计意义(P<0.05);研究组患者头晕、乏力、便秘等不良反应发生率6.67%比对照组22.22%低(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平联合丙戊酸钠治疗分离(转换)性障碍患者,可改善患者不良情绪,减少不良反应发生。
Objective To analyze the efficacy,psychological state and safety of olanzapine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of separation(conversional)disorders.Methods 90 patients with separation(conversional)disorders treated in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table:the 45 patients in the control group were treated with sodium valproate,and the 45 patients in the study group were treated with olanzapine combined with sodium valproate.The efficacy,psychological state and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total the study group was cured with 55.56%,and the control group was 44.44%.The total recovery rate in the study group was 91.11%,significantly higher than that in the control group,which was 75.56%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were(33.18±3.76)and(35.51±2.92),both shown to be lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as dizziness,fatigue,and constipation in the study group was 6.67%,lower than that in the control group,which was 22.22%(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with separation(conversional)disorders,Olanzapine combined with sodium valproate can help improve their adverse psychology and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
