考虑抗风险努力贡献度的生鲜农产品运输损耗控制 被引量:10

Controlling Transport Loss of Fresh Agricultural Products Considering Contribution of Risk-resisting

摘要 为整体降低生鲜农产品在物流运输中的产品损耗,研究了批发商、物流集成商和物流分包商形成的三级物流服务供应链中运输损耗的控制问题。通过引入抗损耗风险惩罚策略,设立风险控制惩罚成本以及抗损耗风险共担机制,建立了生鲜农产品物流服务供应链流通损耗控制模型,分析物流服务供应商的风险控制能力对运输损耗率的影响,以及抗风险努力水平与物流服务供应商收益的关联性问题。定义了抗损耗风险贡献度,描述供应链中各主体抗风险努力水平,并从主动风险识别、主动控制风险和转移藏匿风险3个方面,基于定量角度分析物流服务供应商抗风险努力贡献度。基于算例进行验证,在供应链整体损耗率为0.9的情况下,物流集成商和物流分包商的总利润从592.15增加为638.71;物流集成商最高损耗率从0.17减少为0.156,物流分包商最高损耗率从0.75减少为0.429。研究表明,在抗损耗风险控制决策下,能够促进物流服务供应商降低流通损耗率的积极性,通过主动预防和控制损耗风险发生要素,能够减少生鲜产品物流运输中的损耗发生概率;在不同风险控制努力贡献度下,物流服务供应商的抗风险努力贡献度越大,其获得的收益也越大。 In order to reduce the overall transport loss of fresh agricultural products,the transport loss control in the three-echelon logistics service supply chain(LSSC)formed by a wholesaler,logistics service integrators(LSIs)and logistics service subcontractors(LSSs)is studied.By introducing loss risk-resisting penalty strategy,the risk control penalty cost and risk-resisting sharing mechanism is established.The model for controlling circulation loss of fresh agricultural products LSSC is established.The influence of risk control capabilities of LSIs on the transport loss rate and the correlation between the risk-resisting effort level and the benefits of logistics service providers(LSPs)are analysed.The contribution of risk-resisting is defined to describe the anti-risk effort level of each party in the supply chain.Based on quantitative analysis and evaluation of logistics service providers’contribution to anti-risk efforts.The contribution of LSPs’risk-resisting efforts is quantitatively analysed from the aspects of active risk identification,active risk control,and risk transfer and concealment.Based on a case study,the total profit of LSIs and LSSs is increased from 592.15 to 638.71 when the overall supply chain loss rate is 0.9,the maximum loss rate of LSIs is reduced from 0.17 to 0.156,and the maximum loss rate of LSSs is reduced from 0.75 to 0.429.The result shows that(1)Under the decision making of risk-resisting control,it is possible to promote the enthusiasm of LSPs to reduce the circulation loss rate.By actively preventing and controlling the elements of loss risk occurrence,it is possible to reduce the probability of loss in the transport of fresh products.(2)With the contributions of different risk control efforts,the greater the contribution of LSPs’risk-resisting efforts,the greater the benefits they obtain.
