摘要 为09011的示范推广及烟叶烘烤提供科学依据,以09011为试材,云烟87为对照,采用暗箱烘烤方法,研究烤烟新品系09011的变黄性、失水速率、色素降解速度及多酚氧化酶活性等的变化。结果表明:成熟期上部、中部和下部烟叶总水分和束缚水含量均为09011>云烟87,自由水均为云烟87>09011,束缚水/自由水均为09011>云烟87;暗箱烘烤各部位烟叶的失水速率、变黄速率及程度,09011均慢于、略快和略强于云烟87;变黄期2个品种各部位叶片的叶绿素及类胡萝卜素含量均呈下降趋势,但叶绿素降解速度明显快于类胡萝卜素;云烟87和09011中部叶的多酚氧化酶活性分别在12 h和36 h时达最高,09011高峰出现时间较云烟87晚24 h,不利于烟叶定色。与云烟87相比,烤烟新品系09011的叶片含水量较高、失水较慢、不易定色,其易烤性差,生产上应采取针对性的栽培管理措施。 The variation in yellowing,water loss rate,pigment degradation rate and polyphenol oxidase activity of new flue-cured tobacco line 09011 is studied by dark box curing method and taking Yunyan 87 as the control to provide the scientific basis for demonstration,popularization and tobacco leaves curing of 09011.Result:Total water and bound water content,free water,and bound water/free water in upper,middle and bottom tobacco leaves at maturity stage are 09011>Yunyan 87,Yunyan 87>09011 and 09011>Yunyan 87 respectively.The water loss rate,yellowing rate and degree of different part in tobacco leaves of 09011 cured in dark box are slower,quicker slightly and stronger slightly than Yunyan 87.Chlorophyll and carotenoids content in different part of two tested varieties at yellowing stage show a decreasing trend,but chlorophyll degradation rate is obviously faster than carotenoids.Polyphenol oxidase activity in middle part of Yunyan 87 and 09011 reach the maximum after curing 12 h and 36 h.The peak time of 09011 is 24 h later than Yunyan 87,which is not conducive to color fixing of tobacco leaves.The new flue-cured tobacco line 09011 is featured with higher water content,slower water loss,difficulty in color fixing and poor easy-curing-potential compared with Yunyan 87.Therefore,the corresponding cultivation and management measures should be adopted in production of 09011.
