阿尔茨海默病患者血清Irisin、FNDC5、BDNF水平与认知功能的相关性分析 被引量:12

Correlations between the serum levels of Irisin,FNDC5,BDNF and cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer′s disease

摘要 目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血清鸢尾素(Irisin)、纤维连接蛋白Ⅲ型域包含蛋白5(FNDC5)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平与认知功能损伤之间的关系。方法选取2017年9月-2018年11月四川大学华西医院收治的95例AD患者为研究对象,采用简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评估患者认知功能损伤程度,并分为3个亚组:轻度组、中度组、重度组。另外选取82名同期健康体检者为对照组。通过询问或病历本记录对照组及观察组一般资料,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清Irisin、FNDC5、BDNF水平并进行比较。采用Pearson法分析观察组血清Irisin、FNDC5、BDNF水平与MMSE评分的相关性。结果与对照组相比,观察组血清Irisin、FNDC5、BDNF水平均较低(P<0.05);轻度组、中度组、重度组相比,血清Irisin、FNDC5、BDNF水平依次降低(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,观察组血清Irisin、FNDC5、BDNF水平与MMSE评分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AD患者血清Irisin、FNDC5、BDNF可能与疾病的发生、发展有关,其表达水平与认知功能损害程度呈正相关,可能作为生物标志物评估AD患者病情发展,为AD的治疗提供新思路。 Objective To investigate the relationships between the serum levels of Irisin,fibronectin type Ⅲ domain containing protein 5(FNDC5),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and cognitive impairment in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods 95 AD patients admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the study objects.Mini Mental State Assessment Scale(MMSE) was used to assess the degree of cognitive impairment,and the patients were divided into three subgroups:mild group,moderate group and severe group.In addition,82 healthy persons in the same period were selected as the control group.The general data of the control group and the observation group were recorded by inquiry or medical history book.The serum levels of Irisin,FNDC5 and BDNF were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Pearson method was used to analyze the correlations between the levels of serum Irisin,FNDC5,BDNF and MMSE score.Results Compared with the control group,the serum levels of Irisin,FNDC5 and BDNF in the observation group were lower(P<0.05);the serum levels of Irisin,FNDC5 and BDNF in mild group,moderate group and severe group decreased in turn(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of Irisin,FNDC5 and BDNF were positively correlated with MMSE score(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum Irisin,FNDC5 and BDNF might be related to the occurrence and development of AD,and their levels were positively related to the degree of cognitive impairment.They might be used as biomarkers to evaluate the occurrence and development of AD and provide new ideas for the treatment of AD.
