摘要
随着社会经济的发展,博物馆作为一个公益性的单位也在积极适应社会,实现自身转型,逐步呈现出商业化、市场化、产业化趋势。自在全国范围内开展文化创意试点单位以来,各地博物馆积极进行自身转型,文化创意产业的发展受到多方面关注。本文从文化授权视角下分析博物馆文创产品的研发行为,通过对基于文化授权视角下针对不同类型博物馆对文创产品研发流程分析以及北京故宫博物院文创产品研发分析,探索博物馆文创产品的研发途径以及研发中所涉及的知识产权保护问题,并提出相应建议。
With the development of economy,museum,as a non-profit unit,is also actively adapting to the society to realize its own transformation,and gradually showing the trend of commercialization,marketization and industrialization.Since the launch of cultural and creative pilot units nationwide,museums all over the country have been actively transforming themselves.The development of cultural and creative industry has attracted many attentions.This paper analyzes the research and development of cultural and creative products under the the cultural authorization perspective.In view of the different types of museum cultural and creative products development process analysis and the analysis of Palace Museum in Beijing,this paper explores ways to museum cultural and creative products development and the protection of intellectual property involved in the process.In the end,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
