摘要
将生态环境约束引进农业全要素生产率分析框架,测算生态环境约束下江西省2000—2017年11个地市农业全要素生产率及其分解成分,分析江西省农业全要素生产率的收敛性,在生态环境约束下从整体上把握江西省农业全要素生产率时空变化情况。结果表明:2000—2017年江西省生态环境约束下农业全要素生产率未呈现稳定增长态势且显现出局部期间下降的特征,农业全要素生产率对江西省农业产出增长贡献率极低,从构成上来看无论是技术进步还是技术效率改善对于江西农业全要素生产率的增长影响均呈现不规律性,江西省各地市农业全要素生产率存在区域差异性,生态环境约束下江西省农业全要素生产率呈现俱乐部收敛特征。
Introducing eco-environmental constraints into the analysis framework of agricultural whole factor,this paper calculates and analyzes the agricultural total factor productivity and its decomposition components in 11 cities of Jiangxi province from 2000 to 2017 under the constraint of ecological environment,makes convergence analysis of total factor productivity of agriculture in Jiangxi Province.In general,the papaer total grasps the temporal and spatial changes of agricultural total factor productivity in Jiangxi province under the constraint of ecological environment.The results show that under the constraints of ecological environment the total factor productivity of agriculture in Jiangxi province did not show a stable growth trend and showed the characteristics of local period decline from 2000 to 2017.The contribution rate of agricultural TFP to the growth of agricultural output in Jiangxi Province is very low.From the perspective of composition,both technological progress and technological efficiency improvement have irregular effects on the growth of agricultural total factor productivity.There are regional differences in total factor productivity of agriculture in Jiangxi province,the total factor productivity of agriculture in Jiangxi Province shows the characteristics of club convergence under the constraints of ecological environment.Based on the above analysis,the relevant policy implications and suggestions are put forward.
