摘要
目的探究医疗团队资源管理模式对急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓时效性的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月就诊于我院的68例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规救护模式,观察组在对照组基础上采用医疗团队资源管理模式。比较两组患者就诊至CT检查时间、CT检查至用药时间、静脉溶栓时间,比较两组患者日常生活能力评分(Barthel)情况。结果观察组的就诊至CT检查、CT检查至用药、静脉溶栓时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);入院时两组Barthel评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时,观察组Barthel评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医疗团队资源管理模式可缩短急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓时间,提高患者的日常生活能力,促进康复,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of medical team resource management mode on the timeliness of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods To select 68 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given a routine rescue mode,and the observation group adopted a medical team resource management mode on the basis of the control group.The time from consultation to CT examination,the time from CT examination to medication and the time of intravenous thrombolysis were compared between patients of the two groups,and the activities of daily living score(Barthel)of the two groups were also compared.Results The time from consultation to CT examination,the time from CT examination to medication and the time of intravenous thrombolysis in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Barthel score between the two groups on admission(P>0.05).At discharge,the Barthel score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical team resource management model can shorten the intravenous thrombolysis time of patients with acute ischemic stroke,improve the patients'activity of daily living,and promote rehabilitation,which was worth popularizing and applying.
