摘要
目的:研究肱骨近端骨折患者应用经肩峰下前外侧入路微创内固定治疗的治疗效果,从而为肱骨近端骨折患者的临床治疗提供一定的帮助和支持.方法:选取我院接收的120例肱骨近端骨折患者,本次实验研究的时间范围为2017年7月31日-2019年7月31日,采用随机抽签分组法将这些患者分为微创内固定组(观察组)与常规治疗组(对照组),其中观察组患者60例,对照组患者60例,观察组患者采用经肩峰下前外侧入路微创内固定治疗进行治疗,对照组患者则采用了常规的治疗模式进行治疗.分析2组患者的治疗效果、并发症发生概率、手术相关指标、治疗满意度、负面情绪改善情况以及生活质量改善情况.结果:(1)观察组患者的并发症发生概率低于对照组患者,2组之间的数据差异明显(P<0.05).(2)观察组患者的治疗满意度优于对照组患者,2组之间的数据差异明显(P<0.05).(3)观察组患者的手术相关指标优于对照组,2组之间的数据差异明显(P<0.05).(4)观察组患者的负面情绪改善情况以及生活质量评分明显优于对照组患者,2组之间的数据差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).(5)观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者,2组之间的数据差异明显(P<0.05).结论:经肩峰下前外侧入路微创内固定治疗在肱骨近端骨折患者的治疗工作当中效果良好,可以有效的改善患者的负面情绪,提高患者的治疗满意度,有效的改善患者的生活质量水平,提高治疗效果,降低患者的并发症发生概率,可以在临床治疗当中进一步推广应用.
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive internal fixation through the anterolateral approach under the acromion in patients with proximal humeral fracture,so as to provide some help and support for the clinical treatment of patients with proximal humeral fracture.Methods:A total of 120 patients with proximal humeral fracture were selected from our hospital.The experimental study was conducted from July 31,2017 to July 31,2019.These patients were randomly divided into two groups:minimally invasive internal fixation group and conventional treatment group,including 60 patients in the minimally invasive internal fixation group,60 patients in the conventional treatment group and 60 patients in the minimally invasive internal fixation group The patients in the conventional treatment group were treated with the conventional treatment mode.The treatment effect,the probability of complications,the relevant indexes of operation,the satisfaction of treatment,the improvement of negative emotions and the improvement of quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)the incidence of complications in the minimally invasive internal fixation group was lower than that in the conventional treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).(2)the treatment satisfaction of patients in the minimally invasive internal fixation group was better than that in the conventional treatment group,and the data difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).(3)the blood glucose index and heart function of patients in the minimally invasive internal fixation group were better than those in the conventional treatment group,and the data difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).(4)the improvement of negative emotions and the score of quality of life of patients in the minimally invasive internal fixation group were significantly better than those in the conventional treatment group,and the data difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).(5)
