摘要
目的 探讨锁定钢板、MIPO技术联合治疗45例老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法 选取2014年2月~2015年8月高要区中医院收取的老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折患者90例,并按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=45）和观察组（n=45）。对照组行开复位内固定治疗,观察组行锁定钢板、MIPO技术联合治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组手术时长、骨折愈合需时均显著地短于对照组（t=25.686,P〈0.05;t=8.738,P〈0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症率为4.4%,显著少于对照组的28.9%（χ2=6.944,P〈0.05）。观察组肩功能恢复优良率为91.1%,显著高于对照组的68.9%（χ2=6.944,P〈0.05）。结论 在老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折治疗中,锁定钢板、MIPO技术联合治疗对患者的创伤小、并发症少、骨折愈合率高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of locking plate combined with MIPO technique in the treatment of 45 elderly patients with osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures. Methods 90 elderly patients with osteoporotic proximal humerus fractures from February 2014 to August 2015 in Gaoyao District Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were collected according to the random number table method,and were randomly divided into control group（n=45） and observation group （n=45）.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with locking plate and MIPO technology.Effect of two groups was compared. Results The operation time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（t=25.686,P ~ O.05;t=8.738,P 〈 0.05）.The postoperative complication rate of observation group was 4.4%,which was significantly less than that of the control group （28.9%）（%2=6.944,P 〈 0.05）. The excellent rate of shoulder function recovery of observation group was 91.1%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（68.9%）（%2=6.944,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Locking plate and MIPO technology in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures has a good effect,the patient＇ s wound is small,complications are few,and fracture healing rate is high.It is worth promoting.
