经三角肌入路PHLOS微创钢板接骨术治疗肱骨近端骨折 被引量:6

The Anterolateral Acromial Approach with Minimally Invasive Plate Osteosynthesis(MIPO) for Treatment of Proximal Humerus Fractures with PHLOS

摘要 目的研究经三角肌入路运用微创经皮钢板接骨术(minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis,MIPO)采用PHLOS内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效及特点。方法对我科2004年3月至2010年12月共收治的81例闭合性肱骨近端骨折患者进行回顾性分析,术后对骨折愈合时间、并发症情况和肩关节功能(Neer肩关节功能评分标准)进行评价。结果 79例患者获得随访,随访时间为3~24个月,平均11.5个月。Neer肩关节功能评分优良率达92.4%。所有骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间10.6周(8~17周)。结论应用经三角肌入路MIPO技术PHLOS内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折具有创伤小、固定可靠、功能恢复好的优点,是治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折的有效方法。 Objective To investigate the effect of the anterolateral acromial approach with minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis(MIPO)vfor treatment of proximal humerus fractures in the elderly with PHLOS(proximal humerus locked anatomical steel plate).Methods 81 cases with humeral proximal fracture treated in our hospital using this technology from March 2004 to December 2010 were involved,the outcomes were analyzed retrospectively.Neer shoulder scores were adopted for evaluation.Results 79 patients have been followed up for 3 ~24 months,average follow-up period was 14.5 months.According to the Neer shoulder score,the results showed the excellent rate was 92.4%.Conclusion It is a minimal invasion,reliable fixation and rehabilitation fast method to treat the patients of proximal humerus fractures with PHLOS by the anterolateral acromial approach MIPO.
